"Is there a spell that could help with an Acne problem?"
The skin condition of Acne is actually very common. And so, this submitted question is greatly appreciated. It is caused when follicles of hair in the skin become clogged with oils that can lead to a blemish, also known as a pimple or zit, and although usually appears on the face, can exist or break-out anywhere on the body.
Many skin conditions can be treated with specially made skin salves which contain plant material that encourages healing and healthy skin. This skin salve can also be used to treat bug bites, sun burns, and other skin irritations. However, although this salve will help with clearing and tightening of the skin and can make a great skin toner, a stronger cleanser may be required first to remove access oils which can cause the clogging of pores. Pores are little tiny openings in the skin that release oil and sweat from glands under the surface of the skin. Whilst using skin cleaners and cleansers, intention can be implemented to assist with it's purpose, making the experience magickal. Incantations can be applied to enchant the action and the solution. Charge it surrounded with crystals, or on your alter, or under the full moon before it's used. - Make the experience as personally satisfying as possible.
A strong skin cleanser that I use, and would recommend, is made by simply mixing 2 cups of water with one teaspoon of sea salt and one teaspoon of apple-cider vinegar. The solution can be contained in a spray bottle or liquid dropper for easy application. However, please be advised you do not want to get any of it in your eyes as it will irritate or cause a burning sensation.
The sea salt helps to deep cleanse pores from oils and dead skin that become trapped, and the apple cider vinegar helps relieve the blemishes and removes inflammation. By applying regularly, perhaps in ritual, and focusing on the intention involved can help to make yourself appear younger, turning a very simple mundane action in to a magickal working or glamour spell. It may be surprising to learn by some that sea salt can be used in a variety of simple ways to enhance our health and appearance. It's ability to cleanse, control excessive oil production and simulate circulation in the skin makes it ideal for scalp scrubs for treatment of dandruff, toe nail and finger nail brighteners, teeth whitening agents, other types of body scrubs, as well as skin cleaners, toners, etc.
It's worth reiterating: Magical workings do go great hand in hand, or alongside medical practices. However, magick should never be treated as a substitution for medical advice of a doctor or direction of a health practitioner. Always seek the help that you need when you need it.
